For 1st-class postage, only the difference above the cost of 2nd-class will be added to the email invoice.
For Western European postage additional 15% of order value (minimum £3 per book/item) will be added to your email invoice.
For rest of the world postage additional 15% of order value + £6 per book/item will be added to your email invoice.
